Front Rack For Honda 250sx

I just bought an 86 Honda 250sx and I am looking for a front rack for it. I have found several on ebay but they are all for Big Reds. Will they fit a 250sx?

Nope. You need one for an SX.

They're discontinued. Like alot of other parts. They do pop up on ebay once in a while... but get pricey.

heres the link to an NOS one.If I remember correctly,there is no mounting hardware.It has been on ebay for awhile.I was hoping the price would go down.If you do win it and it has no hardware,Let me know.I bought the mounting hardware in a seperate auction.But the asking price on the rack was too high for me. There are actually 2 styles of racks that were made for the SX. Here is a different one that I put on my 86 SX I had. It wrapped around the forks and on the triple.

Scott that front rack is HUGE!!! I love it! Here's a pic of mine just for comparison. (sorry bout the rough pic:eek: ) but it's the only closeup shot I got of my rack. :rolleyes:

I don't think you'll find any of the HONDALINE items on the bikebandit website though.
