Today I bought my new project, a 1984 Honda 200ES. It is a little rough, missing the carb, and some little stuff, but not too bad overall. Engine turns over fine and it seems to shift through all the gears. The tires are brand new. I'm hopefull this will turn out to be a nice complement to my Tecate.
I'm new to Honda, what should I look for first, I mean besides the carb? Of course the brakes are shot and it has no thumb throttle, but is there anything specific I should beaware of or look out for as I disassemble this thing for inspection and cleaning?
