I had a atc70 once that I had to build up the end with weld and then grind it down and tap it. You could replace the crank also. But that is a lot of work.

building it up with a welder is a good idea if tou had a welder so i came up with a nother idea i turned the bike on its side and hit the nut with punch to try to swell it up then i gave a good pop or two on the crank to try to swell it to(moter might be junk aney way) then i filled it up with jb weld so far so good i would not of gone through hassle but i just put a wisco piston in it the day before

If it works there you go. The crank end was junk anyway so it's worth a try. ;)
