200x sprockets

does all the honda 200x's use the same sprocket shaft?? the reason i ask is i got a 84 200x and this guy has a 14th off a 86 200x will it fit????
i need more top end and to tame this little beast!!! lol

I know the 250r and yamaha blaster sprockets are the same as the 86. I have a 15 tooth front off of a 250r. It was wider than the stock one so I had to grind it down to make the clip fit. Oh yeah and the 300exs look the same too with the 6 little stars.

i dont think all x front sprockets will fit. i ran part numbers and its showing me there is a difference int the 83-85 sprocket shaft and the 86-87 sprocket shaft. now what the differences are between the two is beyond me. id say get it and try but i dont know if it will fit.
