87 kx250 flywheel???

Just wondering, will an 87 Kx250 flywheel work on an 85 Tecate with a stock motor and electrics. If not, will it work with the Kx250 electrics?

It will not work with the stock Tecate stator and CDI.

You will need the complete ignition that includes stator/flywheel and CDI. (black box)

83-87 KX250 setup should work and maybe even 86-04 KX500 with the pre-89 KX500's having smaller flywheels then the 89-04.
