hi whats the tops speed of a honda big red 200, i heard 40? also is there any mods that can make it go faster? thanks for the help tim

A 250 Big Red engine will not fit in without mods. Is your BR a 82-83 or a 84?? Anyways, you can put a Cobra pipe on, K&N fiter, I think a 200X carb will fit. If its a 82-83 you can play with the gearing.Top speed? I dunno, I figure 45, 50 mabey if your really pushing it.

Yeah, a Cobra/Jardine/DG pipe, a clamp-on filter. That's about all you can do to make these things go faster, they're utility machines and not real popular with the racing crowd, if you know what I mean.

Arent all the honda 200 motor interchanging?? I tought that it was possible to drop a 200e engine in a 200x frame, dont you can put a 200x engine in a 200e frame?

hahaha darkestgk, buy mine and ill give you a $200 discount from advertised price, i owe ya one after not picken up your dirtbike, all it needs is valves and timing and plastic assembly, i got some extras with it too
