Cleaning out Forks?

I just tored down the forks on my 86R to change the seals and was wondering what you guys used to clean the internals? Not very much wear and no damage but nasty as hell in those tubes.

Well assumin you took out the seals and other rubber components.. Last time I reaplaced my seals, the old fork oil was like pudding practically. So I took the tubes out and soaked them in kerosene. Then sprayed them out with compressed air. Im sure theres a more high tech way to do this but the kero. loosend up the old gumbo oil fine.

I use mineral spirits to clean parts works great

Regular old 87 octane pump gas worked fine for me.
