Need some Help

My cam is seized. I dont know how to change it myself. Does anyone know about somewhere in south Florida that will fix this for me for a reasonable price, someone told me $200 just for the labor, thats more than what I paid for the engine. Thanks

it is not too hard. buy a book on it for $40 and the used head off of ebay. i think i have a rocker box that you can have. look for a xr200 cam to fix it.

I've been looking for xr200 parts for my x. But I was wondering if the whole xr200 head would work on my 200s engine? because I've seen some on ebay. Thanks
