Brake Compatibility

Just wanted to check and see if anyone knows for sure if any year 350x rear brake components work on the 86/87 200x. I wanted to use the master cylinder, brake caliper set up, and rear brake reservoir on my 200x, just wanted to make sure it would work in advance.

I just picked up an '85 350x that needs the rear caliper. Does anyone know where to get a rebuild kit online or should I just go to my local bike shop? I checked ebay and to no avail.
