how to install a sleeve?

what do I get done to my cylinder to install a sleeve, or is it something that a proffesional has to do?

you cant do it yourself. it has to be pressed in. bring it to a machine shop. ask your dealer and he will tell you about where to bring it. he may even be able to do it.

This what you do when you sleeve one in car engine, it might be the same though. Bore it out till you have to bore that you want, got to have a interference fit. Then you install the new sleeve by pressing it in.
