Hey guys.. this may sound like an easy fix, but im replacing my stem bearings on my 350x. and yano stock old ball bearings to new roller bearings. But they wont fit? says their too a 350X.. but like they just wont quite work? i cant get that the top race to seat enough. now i tried everything short of griding the race.. and idk.. you guys got any tips?

i THINK that the top and bottom races are different.....

Not sure if this is your problem but if you freeze the bottom triple in the freezer over night and heat the bearing right before you slide it down on the stem it will go right on. This is how I did my Z bearings and it worked great. I had to cut the old one off (being careful not to gouge the stem real bad.

maybe freezing.. I know the bearings are different, but i got the em separated to the right sides.

The top race, when seated, will not sit all the way in the frame.
