Here's my contribution to the upcoming Smith Road Raceway MX on Memorial Day. I decided to take a few pics to highlight a couple of the minor changes I've made recently.

New red fork boots...brightened (NOT polished) upper triple clamp and lower fork tubes...new custom swingarm skidplate and grabbar.

She's just a daily rider and 98% trail bike, so keep that in mind when your fingers are grabbing keys to critique her...;)

Thanx B She's ready to rock and roll. Hopefully, not on top of me...lol. D stopped by while I was putting on the finishing touches and we found one minor problem that will likely need to be addressed in the motel parking lot Sunday night. Other than that...IT'S ON!!

How's that Trail Wolf on the front work for ya?
I've been kinda eyeballing them as an alternative to going with a 10" front rim.

Yup Yup Charlie...she still defies all logic that she should be that fast. I doubt it will be much trouble taking it easy on you Monday either...lol. Although, I am 3" longer, 6" wider and running full progressive suspension all the way around this time. I guess we'll just have to see.

Thanx for all the comments on the skidplate. It was a very custom job based on the factory plate, but modified for strength and to fit the additional length of the swingarm, as well as a bit of cosmetic flair. My buddy did a great job on it and it should stand up to all but an Abrams attack...lol.
