84 250r Front Wheel Question

I see that the 86 200X has the same size wheel as my 84 R being a 23.5X8X11.

Does that mean it has the same bolt hole pattern and will bolt right on?

I'm almost positive it would but want to be 100% positive and not just almost.

All of the sport trikes from 83-87 used the same sized tire and rim along with the same bolt pattern. Now the spacing may be different but I personally doubt that. But ask around a little bit more, I could be wrong about the spacing.
