Straightening racks...

OK so I finally found a rear rack for my 84 Tri-Moto but of course its bent to heck... I'm thinking about bending it back but dont want to crack anything. Anyone have any ideas on how to straighten this thing out without cracking the bars?

I was thinking heating the bars up with a torch and slowly bending them back....

Any thoughts?

That's not bent too bad. It's a low carbon steel - just bend it - shouldn't have any problems. No need to heat it.
