find this old 86 200X sitting out by a shed yesterday so I thought I would stop and c if it was for sale or just to BS with him.

Long story short
Come to find out it was going through a rebuilt and he had broke a ring before he got it back together. So ?ing what u doing with it now... i want it gone.... I said sold :p

Picked it up for a nice $250
Needs a pipe and rear shock is blown:drool:

One thing Im finding out about these old trikes, theres alot of great deals to still be had out there. Old musclecars sitting in peoples back yards are quickly becoming a thing of the past. Seems the trikes have a stigma about being illegal, dangerous,flips easy, etc. So if theres one sitting, the owner may not have many people interested, especially if its broke. I saw a guy with a 85 200X, real clean, but the kick start spring broke, his dad pulled the motor, and its been sitting since, hes asking 500 for it, I think its been for sale for quite awhile, and probably will be for a long time at that price.

the motor is just put back together no bolts or any thing is tight


the clutch cover was off when i got the engine... does everything look in place or is there anything missing

3 wheeler up here in NY are very few and when you find them either there not for sale or you can pick them up cheap.

hey were did you pick that up. I talked to a guy that had one and I was going to go look at it and when i got there it was gone. Not sure if it was the same one but that would be funny

I know this is not going to go over to good but Im thinking of builting a 200R with this .

I could buy a blaster motor and weld up a couple mounts.Pipe from 250R.

If i do this would any one be interested in this X motor

Yea.. I'm interested in the motor from the X.. I had a minor problem with mine, oil pump gear came off, and went between crank, and clutch basket, bent the crank.. what do you want for the motor..
