I finally have my 300r kit going on my 82.It runs real good with the 84 carb but I would like to try the 85r carb until I find an Intake boot that will let me use a 38mm. The pipe is stock for now and It has boyeson reeds and a Nos Dg silencer. WOuld anyone have a similar setup that could tell me what jetting setup to start out with.I plan to upgrde from the sheetmetal thumb thttle thats worn out to a 350x or 400ex aluminum throttle.should I use an 85 or 86 250r cable.Thanx
