It can be made to work with lots of welding and machining but its really not worth the amount of effort involved.

for a big bore big displacement 250R many guys run a sabertooth i think its made by CP industries calvin pollet if i remember right the maker fo the cheetah cylinders for the banshee

or the old dave moore racing method
modified 400 polaris jug on the honda bottom end

Polaris 400 top end?? Do you know what the mods are to make it fit? That sounds like it would go pretty good.

SOme good info there maggiesboy. Has anyone on here done this? Is it something that someone could do out in there shop easily, in other words anyone know what exactly has to be done?
