I have a 1984 200x. I have it bored out to 66.46, so i know I have very little cylinder wall left. I have every think pretty much stock- just a cobra exhaust and a k&n filter. I run valvoline 20-50 racing oil in it. What kind of overheating issues should i look for? How long could I run it? Already ran it real hard for an 1.5 hours, no problems. Anybody got some insight.:wondering

With slightly more displacement and the exhaust and filter your engine is "breathing" better. I would make sure you are jetted properly on your carb, the thing you don't want to be is running lean (air to fuel). A lean condition is a hot running motor (not in a good way). Do a search on jetting and you should come up with some good info.

I would think as long as you have it jetted correctly and its running good you shouldnt have a problem running it for longer periods of times
