it cost me 2200 before shipping, and i havent got it yet it is getting shipped tomorrow. i took my time with shipping shopping around everywhere. the cheapest i could find was 450 from idaho to here. the only mods i have in mind right now are getting rid of the six pack rack and finding a beefy nasty grab bar from somewhere, adding a headlight grill guard thingy and adding the brake master cylinder guard, other than that i have to wait until i get it and see how it goes

PRM makes a couple of bars for them http://prm-atv.com/MN.asp?pg=products&grp=40&mfr=2

As far as mods, you can go pretty far with an X, it all depends on where you want to go.

yea, you can do anything from just a k&n air filter and aftermarket exhaust, to a mx or drag bike.

I understand where your coming from, but to each his own.

If home boy has the scrilla to throw down (which he obviously does) then who cares. Once you make the initial investment, it dosent matter (unless of course it falls apart on your first ride).

For that price though, that thing BETTER run like a top, and not need ANYTHING to ride.

Once again as far as the mods are concerned, do some searching. There are a lot of people around here who have done A LOT to their X's. You can go big bore, worked head, hyped up cam, you can go anywhere you want.

Good luck, and good for you with your new X! :beer :beer :beer :beer

for that price? i have been looking for over 6 months looking online almost everyday. for a clean good running 350 that is about average maybe a little lower than average. as you can see this is one clean machine and has brand new tires and fresh rebuild. (by honda). the only one i saw that was cleaner had 25 original miles and after hearing what the guy wanted 5k, i decided to keep shopping.

:welcome: Nice 350x

$2200 is not that bad really. If you think about it an average shape 350x around here is about $1500. I paid $1500 for mine a couple of years ago I have added 3 new tires, 2 itp wheels,Radd carrier, Chain's, sprockets, brake pads, bearings, handle bars, handle bar grips, rings, valve seals, oil filters, spark plugs, mosher seat, axle extenders, clutch, head light bulbs, Aftermarket exhaust. I can go on and on

I am well over the 2200 mark.

i noticed that homr75 said the motor was freashly rebiult (by honda). i was told that honda couldn't work on trikes because of the whole outlawed thing. They told me if they fixed a trike and i wreked it they'd be sued for fixing it for me to ride. some one shed some light on this for me.

i had heard that same thing and it was one of my considerations for buying a honda, so i went and talked to the honda dealership here. i was told from the manager of the dealership / garage that they could work on them but they couldnt sell them or accept them in as trades. it doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me either but i tried to do my homework before i jumped into a three wheeler after a long time away from them. especially since i am active duty military i dont have the time to be tearing stuff apart and putting it back togethor.
