I purchsed the airless fender welder from www.urethanesupply.com . I'll take pics before and after and let you guys know how well it works. The one I purchased is the 80 watt pro. If you already have tried it, give me some feed back on your thoughts. Good or Bad. :beer EH!

I purchased one about a year ago, worked out great. Got mine from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.
Id like to see pics of some stuff you welded.

I am in the process of buying the Airless 1500HT model, so am real interested in how you get on with yours, i need mine to weld the fuel tank.

Id like to see pics of some stuff you welded.
The rear fender was broken on both sides. In the pic, the left side is shown. The fenders were welded and then plastic renewed.

That is Decent!!!! is it strong tho, like in comparison to the rest of it?

they are just woodburners with different tips...i just use a woodburner and i cut strips of plastic off junk fenders to use as filler.... works if you either dont care about looks, are broke or just want functionality....

It holds together, but I don't think it will ever be as good as unbroken plastic. I think the directions recommend using some kind of mesh to make it stronger, although I went without.
