Okay so I got mine off of craigslist and I am wondering what I can do to make it better? So far the headlight switch is stuck. It has 85' 200ES plastics and there is a small set of splines above the shifter *and to the left a little* that make me wonder if something belongs there. It starts and drives fine and I am able to tow my 700+ pounds FL350R odyssey with it without much problems. When the engine is cold, it takes around 2min to get to idle.
Only true problems I see are that the trike goes to the right instinctively and the chain cover is loose. Rust is minimal and easy to just wipe off. Any other things you all can suggest? Its a kick ass machine that in 3rd gear has pulled 40mph O_O
Im going to recover the seat and clean out the air filter

That little set of splines is for the neutral indicator. If it pulls to one side, it might mean tire pressure is uneven, or you have a bent rim.

Does some sort of lever go on it?

No, it is more of a plastic cap, there should be a sticker right by it with an 'N' on it, and the cap will point to 'N' when the trike is in neutral.

sounds nice try to fix the head light switch or get another one, check the tire pressure, for bent rims, or if the axle is out of allignment, and you will have a nice bike how much did you get it for and lets see some :pics:

Hey, sorry for the late reply. Me and my GF had our anniversary =). Here are some pics, and I don't really see any tweaks whatsoever, but i will check tire pressure in a few minutes.

it might be an accessory plug but im not 100% sure, if all the electrical stuff works and your not experienced with electrical, leave it alone or let someone else look at it. and yes that is the neutral indicator

It is fairly simple to adapt that accessory plug to a cigarette lighter plug. Get some flat metal prongs from an AC plug, solder them onto the ends of two wires, then hook it to the cig lighter plug, which can be found in any auto parts store for $3 or so. I mount mine on the headlight guard with zip ties, and tape up the plug where the AC prongs fit into the trike plug. The benefit of this is that you can easily switch the polarity if you get it wrong. A spotlight will work, no matter which way you do it, but a GPSR is picky about polarity. :) EVERYTHING has an adapter for a cig lighter plug, but finding Hondaline accessories that fit the proprietary plug is a real pain.
BTW, NICE TRIKE!
