fast trekkers are an awesome tire and do good everywhere except thick mud.

Wolley boggers. Carlisle I believe makes 'em. Great all around tire and they arent 6 ply so they arent nearly as heavy as most mud tires but still perform well. If you want something with a flatter more stable stance get the Knarleys

Everyone is going to give you a diffrent opininion on tires. we ride in the same areas and I've run woolies for years and never had any problem. They also wear like iron.

I now switched to mudlites on the rear of my SX and I'm even more impressed. You'll need a good ballon style tire to absorb the rocks around here. The more tire you have between the rim and the ground the more your back is going to thank you in the morning. :D .

I see alot of guys running Maxxis all traks or sure traks they are also great tires for this type of terrian.

What size tire are you looking for? 22 or 20?

Some nice tires are stock Dunlops for the YFZ450 Yamaha. 20x10x9 Go to the dealer and check to see if they have any take offs. Same with the Honda 450.

Thats why I was thinking on the scorpians. And a 22 for the clearance. I had boogers till they were bald but they did rub my battery they were 22 by 12. Definately the lighter and the softer sidewall the better only have a 225 and also the soft ride is nice on the rear. Its nice to get some opinions and see what others are using.

well my sur traks are 22 but with 7-8 psi they only mesure around 18 1/2.

I used to run Maxxis Razrs on my 350x and they are IMHO the best tire i have ridden on for trails. I sold the razrs and picked up a pair of turf tamers for it cheap, they are great tires but if you ride in anything but dry dirt they will pack up alot easier. Both are great tires, you will be happy with either. The turf tamers are cheaper btw.

On my quadracer i have only run Turf tamers, the reason i went with these over the razrs this time was the price, i couldnt find anything cheaper other than a set of Cheng Shin knobbies.
