swapping parts

my buddy just gave me some 125 parts off his old 83' motor, i have an 83' 110. would the parts be interchangable? he has the head and cam, all the guts are in there also even the piston looks good still.

I think they might... If they dont I will take the Hi-lo box and pull start off trailprotrailpro hands..
