it seems like it used to want to pull wheelies and rip donuts a lot more when i bought it a month ago. now it doesnt want to idle, it cuts out if i gun it in neutral, and at low rpms and full throttle sometimes it tries to stall. what could be causing this? im pretty sure the carb is clean, could i need to adjust the valves or timing?

the compression seems really good, if i try to pull start it w/o using the decompression lever it feels like my hand just got broken. i definitely cant pull it over quickly w/o that lever, it just stops dead in its tracks. it doesnt smoke either, so i dont know whats going on really. the thing is it used to idle and have more power w/ the same carb settings. one possibility is that i fixed the choke b/c it was frozen up and there was water up there. maybe one of the small passages in the carb is dirty? ill take it apart this weekend and see.

Maybe the carb isn't gettin gas dirty fuel line, filter, petcock, or gas tank?

either water in fuel, dirty carb, plugged filters, or bad stator
