Got pics of the 250R

I just saw the guy i'm buying the 250R from for $500.00. He wants me to take it for a spin this saturday first. He kept emphasizing on its power. I can't wait, I wanted to pick it up tonight, but he just got home from work and also wanted to pressure wash it and clean it up. It's a 1985. I need to replace the front fork seals, they are leaking. The front sprocket looks a little worn. Front fender is cracked as well as the right rear fender. I'm not too worried about it too much as long as everything else is good. Read brake pads are getting down a little too. I shook the back end and it seemed tight. It feels like the bushings are okay. No noticeable leaks around the engine case. I did see a little leak around the exhaust gasket. Hopefully, it's just a new gasket it needs. I'll find out more on saturday when I take it for a spin.:beer

I was going to the bank tonight but he didn't want to deal with it today. I don't really want to push too hard. He might think something is up and bail on the deal. He told it right to both his sons, the bike was mine. So, i'm gonna leave it at that.:beer If he sells it on me, then he wasn't worth dealing with. For all you know, there could be a dark side to this trike.

You know when I was deciding between a 250r and a 350x people told me it was a sand only top end machine. Have rode it in the sand, woods, hill climbing, flat out, fast trail and it does pretty good at all of them not the best but I have never been disappointed with how it runs. It will gunt up a steep hill in 1st right next to my buddys 200x. It may not be perfect but if you even have a bit of horsepower junky in you, you will like it.
