how much water do you go through? lets see some pics and stories
I went through about 2 feet of water with my 1983 200 and could have kept on going. but the exhaust backed up into the engine and stalled it. it was a bunch of fun until it stalled then i had to be pulled out. there wasn't even any water in the air box. we pulled it out and let the water drain out and had to push started and it started. i never had any problems with water getting in the engine.

It's lots of fun but very damaging to 20 year old machines. I want to keep mine for a long time so I avoid the deep water fun... Or, I make sure I tear it all down after a wet day and grease it up again.

Ever had to sawzall out a swinger bolt? Or drill out a front axle? Thats were water will get ya...

Hahaa.. Ive sawzalled, drilled, broke, busted, replaced, greased.... and as soon as the weather warms up real good I'll be hitting the holes again.. The water is still kinda cold yet. :w00t: too much fun not to do!!!

Theres a awsome creek right behind the house, but I dont go in there latley cuz its over the seat of the 200 lol.

the salamanca river was probley the deepst on the Z:crazy: 2-3 feet at the deepest

well the deepest was a creek in the spring, it was probably 2.5 maybe 3ft, any ways i had to cross it to get to where i was goin. it washed me down streem about 150ft!! it was awesome, driving on a 45* angle to the flow!! i couldn't believe it didn't suck water in!! that was on my 185m er what ever it was had NO suspension tho!

haha I love water and mud! just ask griever, 250sxwheeliepop, brapp, mo dx. On sunday i was soaked and muddy before we even started our ride! lol
