Well, I finally got her finished. Here she is… Everything was either replaced or refurbished. Not a restoration but a rebuild so I am not afraid to drive it. Enjoy.

Are you looking for the original decals? PM me and I can get you in touch with a good friend that has a small business making copies of the originals. He has most of the ATC's and some others.

The carraige is a joke. I did run my dog around in it though. She was in 4 boxes when I got her. Everything was there but in tough shape. Took me 1 year to complete it (weekends here and there). I had one when I was 13 and have missed it ever since. Just sold my Sportsman 500 with the huge tires, lift etc, etc... This thing is more fun to drive. Not sure if I am going to go with decals at all??

Is that front fender a new OEM part? I have been searching for a new OEM 125M fender with no luck

Both fenders are brand new from Maier.com

What paint did you use on the wheels? Im trying to refurbish mine a bit and get it running good and my wheels are rusty and yours look great.

That is just your standard run of the mill Home Depot gray spray paint on the wheels.

Does anyone know where I can get a rear rack for this rig?

Thanks,

Well you can usually find them on ebay and range around 50-75$ or so. I really like the racks on the 110. I had them on mine and they rocked. I also put 83-85 200x hubs on mine so I could use some nicer rims and different size tires. Nice job and talk with Harlan, to get some stickers and you will be set.

Thats a real nice trike, I wish I could talk myself into ordering new plastics for my 200S.

Well I have finally been breaking in my atc and am having a problem with the carb. The trike runs fine for a while then after a while it will stall if I give it gas. It will idle fine but I can not accelerate for about 5 minutes, then I can accelerate. I am sure it is my jet setup? This is what I am currently running. Brand new stock carb, Cobra exhaust and a cone air filter. Jet size I am running is #82. Do I need to get a bigger size? Also, I have the clip on the needle right in the center, I have tried to move it but it seams to run best in the middle. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Yeah, i've had that problem too. That can happen with a fresh carb after it is used for a while. I'd just re-jet it and see how it runs.

Well I took out the #82 main jet and repalced it with a #86 jet. I am still having the same problem? Can anyone recommend trying anything else? It gets frustrating after riding for 15-20mins I have to stop and sit for 2 mins before I cna go again...

Thanks in advance.

hmmmmm......I just replaced the carb on my daughters 70 becouse of that, but at the same time run into a slight problem, try this take all the air box coponents off, and run open carb, see if it clears up, right now my daughters 70 will only run with no air box, indicating that it needs to be richened up some, also on the same note, go ahead and put a new plug in, try to use a NGK in whatever size that the machine needs

id check the coil or something ...it may not be a carb problem....

I have no air box. Cone filter right off the carb. And I just replaced the coil with a new one. I will try the plug next.

Thanks,
