I Got 2 Trikes!

finaly after wanting a trike for along time i finaly scored 2 of them on sunday from a 3WW member (vealmonkey). I got a 1982 185s and a 1985 200x. i have no clue what i am going to do with them, maybe i will build a 185s or a auto-x. they are not complete but i have more parts then shown in the pics.

i got a 1980 185 motor thats not opened up either, it may or may not run. im really excited i can finaly say i:TrikesOwn

cool, ill have to make a parts list of what i need since i am new to trikes.

anygone got any tips on how to start building these things? ive done some dirtbike teardowns and rebuilds but never any atv's or trikes.

I would definitly use the suspended X frame. Do you have the front forks and swinger for that?

About the only issue you'll have with the 185 motor is hooking up the rear brake pedal. Jason has his auto x brakes hooked up nicely so he could probably tell you exactly what to do.

I've rode his auto and once you get used to the shift pattern it's a blast to ride!!!

i got front works, thats it for the 200x though. id love to keep both but the only trike i ever road was jasons auto-x. that thing was really fun so going backwards may be alittle hard now since i know how suspension feels. ive been talking to jason about swaping parts or buying some off him. things about the 185s i like are there are no shocks to go bad...things i dont like are no shocks haha.

jason if you read this i need you help building/figuring out what parts i need.
