Hi, Here are some pics of my '86. I just put a new seat cover on because I had a hole in the original about the size of a quarter and the repair tape kept getting stuck to my AZZ. It has new front and back bearings and seals, new back brakes, chrome master cylinder guard, new to me front tire, and some touch-up on the motor and frame. I just ordered a tank cover that is white with the honda wings embroidered on it. Thought I would give it a try. I think it is ready for the Red Light Rally up in Hurley, WI. :-D

The seat cover is from Dennis Kirk. Part #39-835. It is made by Ceet graphics. It is close to the same as stock except the back says Ceet instead of Honda, and in the front it has seams on both sides. I installed it over the old one, so if it rips I still have a seat. Just used 5/16 chisel point staples and stapled it on the seams underneath that are doubled up. It was $47.99 + $6 shipping, but it is better than a wet ass everytime you sit down.
The rally is in Hurley, WI. I grew up there and have heard the number of wheelers is usually around 100,000, but I can't be sure. I know there are a lot of trikes and quads. They have a radar run where the cops check speeds in a quarter mile, and a mud pit is made for the rally too. Last time up there there were some machines that were well over 100mph. Some had sled engines in quad frames. They usually dig down about 4 feet and bring in some soupy crap and water. Most don't make it through. Then they have poker runs where you go to taverns along the trail and collect playing cards and the person with a full deck wins or something like that. It is a good time. There are a lot of trails up there. The town has about 1700 people and the surrounding towns have a few hundred, so there are a lot of trails and land to ride. Not much else to do, but ride, fish, hunt, drink, go to the nudie bar if you like, and sleep, but the winter brings thousands of sleds and skiers and summer brings a lot of wheelers. The winter they have a rally too. The average 200-300 inches of snow is a good draw. The summer rally is Memorial day weekend, I'm not sure about the winter.

Yah, I ordered it the other day. I skipped the whole Ebay drama and bought it outright. I figured the same thing, why paint it and spend all the money on stickers just to bang it up again. I think it will be well worth it. Post some pics of yours when ou get the cover on.

yeah, her auction was for a white one last week when i saw it and i didn't have the trike yet so i kept the auction marked and bought one outright also. i asked her if she did seat covers and she didn't reply. i want something outrageous!red w/orange flames or design it into the colors and form of the wing logo to match the tank.

You can check this item number 3605741694 on ebay. It has ended but it should still come up. It is a 350x cover. The tires are Titan Trail Claw II, they were on the trike when I got it. They grab pretty good in the mud and really throw it. They have almost all the tread left.
