i was getting the tiger sandblasted today and an idea hit me......i have built dune buggy frames and such things here at the house.....and i was just wondering.....has anyone ever thought of acutally duplicating trike frames?.....wouldnt be hard with some piping and a little sheet metal....just a wondering thought.....

i would go for it, but it would be time consuming to weld, cut and bend. i wouldn't totaly duplicate it, but make it squarer, so it is easier.

joel morris (joels350x ?) was saying something about c.a.d. scanning a 350x frame and engineer one from stainless or aircraft alu or something along those lines.

i wasnt saying that i was gonna duplicate the tiger.....i was just wondering if anyone else had the same idea or had tried it......and also....i dont think it would be that hard with a pipe bender and a capable welder
