Fellow 3WW Addicts,
No luck buying a used warrior shock off e-bay. I am a Tucker Rockey dealer and looking in the catolog they only ofer the SG2 (recreation) shock for the Warrior. I'm ready to buy a good performance one. Anybody know which one would fit and be best? I might be able to go riding this weekend but sounds like a lot of whoops, my blown shock works ok on packed trails but not so good on bumps. go figure. Thanks in advance.

I'm accually looking to buy a brand new one. Maybe from Works or Progressive or some other brand. Works shows the SG2R but only for the Banshee.

Don't put a marvin on anything you plan on trail riding or jumping, they just arent made for that.

The Marvin coil-overs would be good?Just called works, thanks for the # raffa. The salesman I was talking to found a listing for the tri-z but none on hand. He couldn't find a listing for the warrior shock?? He said they would build it for me, could take a while. I'll wait and see what Mrs.Moshman comes up with. Maybe I'll take a chance and get one of the "buy it now" shocks on e-bay. Sure would be bumbed to get another junk shock and miss the ride.

Called marvin and left a message. Interested in what they have, looks like some pretty rad buggies on thier site. I do want to do a lot of jumping and rough trail riding though and would really like something compairable to the shock on my Yami 450 mxer.

when you do talk to shaw make shure you tell them all the info,,, Your weight, what you plan on doing with it, and what bike its for and they will build it to your needs. and let us know what the price is compared to the works shock..

go here at works and you can see theres lots that use the same size works shock
http://www.worksperformance.com/pdf/app_guide/atv.pdf

seems odd they couldnt tell you a price when its used in 4 or more bikes:rolleyes:

Yes, Thank you Mrs. Moshman. Those are retail prices and they would have to build it. Waiting to here from brrcuda, then might do the "buy it now" on E-bay and get to ride this weekend. I am going to fill out the dealer ap. with works, then have them build me on for "Goldigger." Unless Shaw can set me up good!

I did a lot of research on this, and I agree completely. Better yet, tell them you want a shock for MX, and listen to the laughter!

Works Quadstar is the cheapest new replacement, fully rebuilable, and way better than stock.

diggerzmound, thanks for passing that on, I sent a message, we'll see if it's still available. I did already get one off ebay but I have a few builds going.
