to cut down on vibration of my 86 250r i was thinkin about putting foam in the frame. has anyone done this? does it work? what do you think?

toyota tried it back in the day, now all of those frames are rotted out...the foam holds and traps moisture causing rust.....i have no idea y Ford is trying it again, must just be a sales pitch.....i'm guessing thats where you got your idea.....stay away, very far away from that idea, inless you don'e care about your frame in another 8 years or so

My Honda 85 R vibrated alot also.

time to change the counter balancer bearings if it vibrates at all.

or take your counte rbalancer out liek my old 85 r lol

it could not be lined up rite the clutch. i got a deal a while ago ona 86 atc250r and the balencer was off 10 teeth.
