jetting help needed!!!

ok ive been doing some jetting on my 350x after i installed my dg pipe and silencer, it seems to run good at top end with a 145 main jet and i got a 50 pilot jet, the problem is when you stab the throttle at idle, it will die if you stab it to fast, i have tried to work it out with the air screw but it dont make it better, i lowered the needle clip 1 notch also and didnt seem to help, so my question is what do i do next, do i need a smaller or larger pilot or what? please help.

Sounds like you need bigger jets. Cause if you lowered 1 knotch that means you raised up the needle and you said it helped. So what you did by doing that is more gas goes through.
