Just Bought a 200X But it has no kick start ?? It has a pull start that I broke along with my back ( cracked the spool that the cord goes around) With a pulled plug it seems to pull over OK But on a compression stroke (ouch ) even using the decomp. lever.... If it had a manuel clutch I would tow it !! Could this thing have a Big Bore kit ?? If so it has to go !! This thing is calling my name asking to be ridden !! 200x Red frame white plastic single shock rear and Bike forks up front.. No kick start and brakes are on L & R front bars ( no ft pedel ) But did have one ( still has the disc brake master cylinder tho) Yes it was cheap $150
Way cool site here Thanx SAMM

No the bottom end may have went bad and to cut cost on replacing it they installed a 200s/m/e bottom end or hes just wrong. lol

yep, its not a 200x motor. They have kick start and a manual clutch. The 185-200's have auto clutch and pull start and are or are almost a bolt in. Yours could have a high comp piston, as ive had both of these models and they dont pull that hard, even without the decompression. a "big bore" kit wont make it pull any harder if the compression stays the same.

You can pull start a auto clutch trike. The shifter works like a manual clutch.

Get all set up for the pull. Push the shifter down (or lift it up) to go into the gear you want for the pull, and hold it there (up or down). Have your tow vehicle get you moving, while you are holding the shifter it is just like having a manual clutch pulled. Once you are up to tow speed, let the shifter return to the center position, that will be the same as releasing a manual clutch.

The reason there is no foot pedal on it is the 200x pedal bolts onto the motor. Definitly a 200s or 185s. It is what I have in mine and I love it.
