well i need you guy's opinions here. i just baight set of silver plastic from maier and im thinkin about the tank(heres where you come in)should i go with a silver tank or a black tank what do you think would look better? and i f somebody could take one of my pics of my(by the way its for a 1986 250R) R and photo shop it for the silver tank and black tank that would help alot to.

I've been thinking about the silver conversion as well. My plans were to go silver rear, silver tank, black seat, black shrouds, and still undecided on the light or number plate color. Black frame, silver swing arm, silver motor. So maier still has some silver instock? If so I'll buy some immediately.

i have no idea ive herd they do/they dont so i dont know. but yes my plans are silver plastic but im undecided on the tank. thats why i started this thread. but im going with gun metal black frame and swinger with gunmetal black motor with polished parts. then one of those confed. flag seat covers.

Just make the tank however you want, it's your trike. You don't have to have everyone elses' approval, paint it how you want. It's all about self expression cause you'll never please everyone anyway.
