200s cam chain help

how tight is the cam chain supposed to be ? i got a new one and it is really tight. it almost seems too tight. but im not sure how tight it is supposed to be. i would think tighter the better ? im so close to riding again.

You're right the cam chain is supposed to be very tight, do you still have a tensioner?:wondering That helps pick up the slack!!
