removing paint

hey does anyone know a good way to remove like 4 coats of crappy spray paint from the 250R motor i just got with out damaging the original red color??

lol, nope!! seal up all the holes and get a gallon of paint stripper and goto town!! then presure wash the motor dry then respray!

if you use paint stripped, get aircraft remover in the spray can, works 50x better than any brush on stuff. I started to doing that to one of my banshee frames and it got old real quick so i bought a sand blaster from harbor freight for like $80 and i had it done in about an hour, now its getting PC'd. I would imagine you could blast the engine as well as long as everything is sealed up correctly
