my Joker I got last weekend has no stamps or other markings on the frame. I'm going to bring it to the State Patrol inspection facility to get it inspected, as a custom build so I can get ORV tabs for it.

What do you guys think?

thats what I did for one of my 250r frames as the vin was wasted on it.
