Sprockets for YTM200?

Anyone changed sprocket sizes before? Whats compatible and whats not? I'm looking for more low end but don't want to order something and now have it fit...

Stock size is an 11 tooth up front and a 42 tooth in the rear. I picked up a 38 tooth rear which I plan on running this summer but I will also be dropping down to 20" or 18" rear tires so that will balance it back out. Just remember, bigger rear sprocket will increase low end but decrease top end, smaller will decrease low end but increase top end. Changing the front will do the opposite.
