125m help please !!!!

well my brother got a 84 125m today and we got it started up. it was missing the chain so we got a chain and put it on. we started it up and tried like hell to drive it but it wont move at all what so ever. it just boggs down when you put it into gear. we thought it may be the brakes and we looked and they are all good and freed up. then we took the engine out and the hi low case thing wasnt bolted down and all the gears for the hi low fell out and i have no idea how they go in. i need pictures or something guys. im hoping someone can help me and my brother out. i have no idea what im doing on this 125m.

no thanks i need the gear before i do anything else to it. i have to figure this thing out. i have no idea what im doing.

You ought to start cross referencing parts with an 85 atc110 to see if the gears are the same. I'm sure more people have 110 trans parts than 125 trans parts.

just looked and they wont interchange. well not on paper anyways.
