Any one know much about radiator repair?

I kinda ran into a snag with my radiators and I need to move the spigots. I know some radiators come apart and can be put back together. Does anyone know if the "ends" on bike radiators come off the cores?

If they can then I would think a good radiator shop could fix my problem very simply.

i think they are welded on. but i did never try taking one apart. couldn't you just plug the spigot and install a new one where you wanted?
