Twist throttle

I just bought a twist throttle for my 350X off ebay. Does anyone on here have one on their trike? Just wondering how you like it. I'm going to put it on this weekend so I'll let you know what I think. I'm just tired of my thumb cramping! But please let me know what you think of yours if you have one! Thanks!

I used to have one my Z, then went ot thumb throttle, I found wheelies were very hard and you really needed to watch going on trails if you hit a bump you didnt nail the throttle. Happened once or twice! (into a creek! lol)

I had a thumb on my r and put a twist on it as soon as I could. I kept the thumb throttle on my 200, I like it better then twist for agricultural use and chores. But it's all personal preference. Thumb is nice with an automatic clutch. imo

twists take some getting used to. I have them on all of my atv's. I find myself hugging the tank with my knees alot, instead of grabbing the bars tight. I ride dirt bikes, so its not a big adjustment for me. They also tend to keep people away from your bikes. I will let my friends ride my bikes, but only 1 feels comfortable with a twist throttle. If you ride alot of dirtbikes, you will switch to a twist very quickly.

Yeah, I've had a few dirtbikes and road bikes and definately perfer it. I can't wait to get it on my tike!!
