Well kids my atc500r is about to get a new set of front legs.
I think these turned out well enough. No worries Billy I'm still in for your project.

More pics later, I gota go press the stem in.

Do you have everything to make a roller now?? The front axle and wheel/hub specifically.

i need a bushing made and the one end of the axle turned down but it will be rolling by Saturday.

the tripples cost $500. That included material and R&D + machining time.

I was told that any additional sets should cost less because the program has been made and the machining time could be reduced now that we have the design tight.

I would think tripples under $400 could be possible.

These have zero rake built into them. Adjustments would need to be made for the stock 250r. The 350x should bolt up no issues.

I have the whole front end bolted up and let me tell you I'm very very happy. This is one 500 that I think will be MX worthy. No pictures though, I don't want to give my new color scheme away before TF.

i think it'll look purty IF its pink. I've always wanted to do like a 250r in flourescent colors. PInks, oranges, blues, etc... maybe it'd look a little fruity, i dont know :rolleyes:

I'm stoked billy i think this is gona handle great. The only other think I want to do is move the pegs forward about 3 inches.
