well. I'm wanting to put one of those lifan motors in my old 110. I'm pretty sure it will bolt up, but want to be sure. Anybody know for sure how it'll work. Oh yea, can they be started pretty easy since they kick start backwards. I'm wondering if it'll hit a back tire. thanks guys.

it will hit the fenders and you need to modify the top mount hole

sorry,, the lifans are based on a 70 transmission,, it won't just bolt in a 110 and it does not have a hi lo trans,,,

I know I have to put the 110 head mopunt on the top of the lifan motor and there's no high low trans, but will the motors do pretty good in a 110 chassis? Besides that, what work would I have to do to bolt the motor in?

The ATC top mount will not fit the Lifan and the footpegs won't bolt up. You will have to redrill two holes in the pegs. You might need to do some work on the manifold to miss the frame as well. Make sure to get the electrics and exhaust when you get the motor. Overall performance will be OK but not as much bottom end pulling power as the ATC engine.
