Rustic Color

I know about a million people have asked this question about rusty tanks but mines not really rusty, it just has a really light rusty color when I put my finger in it and rub the inside. I don't think there is any rust chunky or anything down in it. So I don't think I really need the whole BB's thing. What would you guys suggest doing? Is the rusty color enough to hurt or affect anything? I was told to use mineral spirits. Anyone heard of doing that before?

who ever told you to put mineral spirets in the tank to remove the light oxidation in it. is retarded. that wont do anything. 0, zip, nada, nathan, nothing!

what i sugest you do is put gas in it and forget about it. ride it and forget about it.

and keep your fuel tank filled to the lid when you are storing the bike will keep it preserved.
