help w/ showing pictures

Hi folks,
I'm trying to ad pictures to my reply. I'm new at this and need to know how to post pictures with my reply. I know to go to atatchments but then I can't find the pictures from my computer.

lol sounds like a mac problem to me. well anyway i always make a folder on my desk top and put pictures in there. then i brows for that folder and blam they are rite there.
