i need to put brake fluid in the rear resivoir and the screw is seized and stripped out and i dont wanna screw up the resivorso how do i get it out ????
i think the screw threads into the bottom of the resivor
start soaking it with pb blaster spray it from the underside and topside, let it sit for a while

I had the same prob with the old 350x here when I got my replacement resivour. I cleaned out the head of the screw and while holding the resivour well tightened the screw just a little bit. That broke it loose, then it screwed out nice and easy. Once you get it out, hacksaw a flathead tip on it or 86 it.
Good luck.

If that doesn't work and the head gets messed up use a drill bit and drill the head of the screw off like you would a pop rivit. I had one siezed up on mine and as soon as the lid came off I could unscrew it with my fingers. I think the screw head corroded to the lid rather than the threads.

i drilled mine out, then pushed em out through the bottom and replaced the screws and nuts. if you look on the bottom theres screws smashed in the plastic.

Theres a great little tool called easy outs. Basicly a screwbit that is reverse thread so drill a hole into the head of the screw and screw in the easy out which in turn backs out the screw as it goes in.

I heated mine before with a torche and it came out real easy. When I put it back in I applyed some vasoline on it and it never froze up again.
