ok heres the deal i have a 1986 200x that until i baught a 1986 250r was plannin to build up and drag but id rather put that money into the R. so heres the case i have stock bore cylinder sleeve for the x but i can get a good deal on a high comp.68mm piston. what would you do buy a stock piston or bore out the new sleeve to 68mm for the bige bore high comp. 11:1 piston?

i'd go 11:1, but the 86 with the stock piston can be a pretty good contender.

see i dont really care about speed i basically want to go through the motor. blast it and paint it and then maybe to a little bit to the rest of the bike and sell it. but i guess thinkin bout it the money i save buyin the piston would go to borin out the sleeve anywho so....

the old sleeve is egg shaped it is an oval now so its gone

it's not savable huh?thats a terd.if your just flippin it for cash,then go standard bore,comp.if your gonna ride it,then go big bore,and high comp.,i know them little things can run,my buddy andrew has a 86 that will run down a 350x with ease

yeah it smokes like steam engine. and it already has a high comp. piston but its qval shaped to soo... yeah. the only thing i have done to it is put a complete 2005 450r exhaust on it. Im runnin out of room in the shed and garage so i was thinkin bout sellin it to get some extra room.
