Hey I bought this 84 Can-Am 250 dirtbike, and started looking at the silencer. I think its pretty close to what Tiger used. The spark arrester on the end is removable. Does anyone know if they are the same? I dont have a silencer for either of my tigers, hopefully this will be close.

no...thats way to long......i need one also..my stock one is plugged bad....i found one by fmf that im getting.......FMF-SA001.....its a universal one for 80-to 200 cc but it has a 1 1/8..inlet ..and the sa002 thats made fo 250 to 500 cc has a 1 1/4... so the smaller one will fit better

No, the end comes off. I will try and take it off to see if its the right length. See where the strap is on the rear of the silencer, thats where it comes apart.

That looks very similar (a little different) to those universal 2 stroke silencers they sell in JC Whitney at about $15 each. Buy one and try it, might look pretty good actually.

I took the Can-Am silencer apart today, and I am almost positive after seeing the pics of Blue 27s, that they are almost the same. If you look at the rear of his silencer and the ribs that wrap around it, that is to put the spark arrester on. I took mine off and it looks the same other than the extre rib on the tiger one. My mount is a little different, but can make it work. I have the can-am silencer soaking in degreaser, so will post pics tommorow.

Tiger used aftermarket whatever they could get cheap. Mine had a Richter, I have seen others with Answer, and others with no-namers.
