This may be a dumb question but what would I look for in the phonebook? Would it be a body shop? I have been to several body shops in my day and I don't think any of them did powdercoating. I will need one in the Baton Rouge, LA area for my 250sx I am about to get cranking on.

What I did, was look into sandblasters. Once I found a good sandblaster, he knew a guy that picks the stuff up straight from him, and just totals the whole amount together.
So I suggest you check on blasters in the phone book, and ask them about good powdercoaters. You should even check the local Oreilys, and autoparts stores.

Look under "coatings".
